Mileage
Mileage is charged for distances over 30 miles one way. This is based on the total mileage, not after the first 30. The fee is $25 or .40 cents per mile, whichever is greater. Total fee is due before your CD portfolio is delivered.
Paid In Full
BlueTree must receive complete payment of your balance one week before the wedding day. Failing to pay in full by the deadline will result in loss of services. All monies paid will be forfeited. Special circumstances must be approved by Ame. Checks must clear before services are provided.
Returned Check Fee
If a check is returned, BlueTree requires reimbursement for bank fees as well as a $50 fee to BlueTree. From that point on money orders will be required. Services will not be done, or portfolio will not be delivered, until money order to fulfill the debt is received.

Steps to making BlueTree your wedding photographer:
1. Confirm availability by contacting Ame,
2. Print/request a Contract and Information Packet,
3. Fill out and return your completed contract and information form,
4. To secure the date you must send in your $200 deposit (nonrefundable),
5. You will receive a receipt and signed copy of your contract for your files,
6. Sit back and relax! You have made a great choice in wedding photography!
2-3 weeks before your wedding Ame will contact you to go over your information and confirm times. In the meantime if you have any questions feel free to contact us.
